We ship all orders across India through trusted and registered courier partners, ensuring your order reaches you safely.
Do We Deliver to Your Pincode?

How Long Will My Order Take?
Since every product at Eshaaya is made to order, here's what to expect:
- Processing & Dispatch — Your order is prepared and dispatched within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.
- Customised Orders — These may take a little longer — up to 10–12 business days before dispatch.
- Delivery After Dispatch — Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner.
- Product-Specific Timelines — Some products may have different dispatch timelines. Please check the product description on each listing for accurate timelines.
Please Note: Business days are Monday to Friday only. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
Domestic Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping (Prepaid): FREE
Standard Shipping (Cash on Delivery): ₹150
Express Shipping (4–5 days): ₹300
Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
- Use the tracking number to follow your order with the courier partner.
- Can't find the email? Please check your spam or junk folder too.
- Still having trouble? Write to us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com with your full name and order number and we'll sort it out.
Returns & Reverse Pickup
- We offer free reverse pickup for eligible returns within India.
- In some cases, reverse pickup may not be serviceable at your address. If that happens, we will request you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.
International Shipping
We are currently accepting domestic orders only. However, if you're located outside India and wish to place an order, feel free to reach out to us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com or +91-9175775128 and we'll do our best to assist you.
Important Notes
· Please do not accept a parcel that appears tampered, damaged, or open at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for such parcels once accepted.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable.
· During peak seasons or high order volumes, there may be a slight delay in dispatch. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
