Orders & Shopping
1. How do I place an order? Placing an order is simple! Browse through our collections, select the product you love, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation on your email shortly after.
2. Can I modify or change my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to make any changes, please write to us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched.
3. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. Please note that a deduction of ₹150 will be made for orders cancelled after dispatch. Sale and discounted products are not eligible for cancellation.
4. How do I know my order has been confirmed? Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
5. Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save your details, and shop faster next time.
Products & Sizing
6. How do I find the right size? Each product on our website has a detailed size guide in the product description. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it with our size chart before placing your order. If you're still unsure, feel free to reach out to us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com and we'll help you find the best fit.
7. Are your products true to colour? We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings. Since all our products are handcrafted, minor colour variations are a natural sign of authenticity and not a defect.
8. Are your products handmade? Yes! All Eshaaya products are handcrafted with love and care. Each piece is made to order, which means it is created especially for you once your order is placed. This ensures quality and attention to detail in every piece.
9. Do you offer customisation? Yes, we do offer customisation on select products. Please write to us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com or +91-9175775128 with your requirements and we'll let you know what's possible. Please note that customised or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Payments
10. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
11. Is it safe to use my card on your website? Absolutely. Our website is hosted on a secure platform, and all payment information is fully encrypted. We do not store your card details.
12. My payment was deducted but I didn't receive an order confirmation. What do I do? Please do not place another order. Write to us immediately at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com with your payment details and we will verify the transaction and resolve it for you at the earliest.
13. Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Please note that standard shipping for COD orders is charged at ₹150.
Shipping & Delivery
14. Where do you ship? We currently ship across India. For international orders, please write to us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist you.
15. How long will my order take to arrive? Since all our products are made to order, here's a general timeline:
- Standard orders: 7–10 business days to dispatch + delivery time
- Customised orders: 10–12 business days to dispatch + delivery time
Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your location and courier partner. Please check individual product descriptions for specific timelines.
16. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid domestic orders. A charge of ₹150 applies for Cash on Delivery orders.
17. Do you offer express delivery? Yes, express shipping (4–5 days) is available at ₹300.
18. How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your order with the courier partner. If you're facing trouble, write to us with your name and order number at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com.
19. What if my order is delayed? During peak seasons or high order volumes, there may be slight delays in dispatch. Our team will proactively reach out to you in case of any significant delay. You can also write to us anytime for an update.
Returns & Exchanges
20. What is your return policy? We have a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact to be eligible for return.
21. How do I raise a return or exchange request? Email us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com with the subject line RETURNS, along with your order number, full name, reason for return, and clear photos of the product. Our team will respond within 2–3 working days.
Refunds
22. How will I receive my refund? We offer refunds in two ways:
- Credit Note — Valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- Bank Transfer — Processed within 14 days of successful reverse pickup, after deducting applicable shipping charges
23. How long does it take to process a refund? Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Damaged or Wrong Products
24. What if I receive a damaged or defective product? We're so sorry if this happened! Please write to us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com with the subject RETURNS within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup and send a replacement or issue store credit.
25. What if I receive the wrong product? Please email us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product received. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
26. The colour of my product looks slightly different from the website. Is that normal? Yes, this is completely normal. Since all our products are handcrafted, minor colour variations from website images are natural and are a sign of authenticity. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

27. How do I contact Eshaaya? You can reach us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com. Our customer service team is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. We aim to respond to all queries within 24–48 hours.
28. Do you have a physical store? We are currently an online-only brand. All our products are available exclusively on our website.
29. How do I stay updated on new collections and offers? Follow us on our social media channels and subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on new launches, restocks, festive collections, and exclusive offers.
