We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know.

Return & Exchange Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.
  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • For damaged, defective, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com with the subject line: RETURNS.

Eligibility Conditions

Your item is eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • It is unused and unworn
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • It is accompanied by the original invoice
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

 What Is Not Eligible

  • Items purchased during a Sale, Flash Sale, or Clearance Sale are not eligible for returns — these can only be exchanged for a different size.
  • Customised or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Since all our products are lovingly handcrafted, minor colour differences or misprints compared to website images are natural signs of authenticity and are not considered defects or damage and hence will not be accepted as a reason for return.
  • Any item where the return request was not raised within 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Items sent back to us without their original packaging, tags, or invoice will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Raise a Request

  • Email us at eshaayaclothings@gmail.com with the subject: RETURNS
  • Include your order number, full name, and reason for return/exchange along with clear photos
  • Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address

 Note: Products sent back to us without a prior email will not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
  • A reverse pickup charge of ₹180 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • In some pin codes, reverse pickup may not be available. In that case, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.
  • Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging along with the invoice, tags, and all original inclusions before handing it over to the courier.

Quality Inspection

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, it will go through a quality inspection. Please note:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging will not pass inspection and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Items that pass inspection will be processed for an exchange or refund within 2–3 working days.

Exchanges

  • We allow size exchanges once per order.
  • A second exchange is only possible if you received a wrong or damaged product.
  • Once the returned item passes quality inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched within standard shipping timelines.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the full product value.

Refunds

We offer refunds in two ways:

  • Credit Note:

Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1-year period for your purchase. 

  • Bank Transfer:

Refunded to your bank account after deducting shipping and reverse pickup charges. Processing time: up to 14 days after successful reverse pickup.

For bank refunds, please share your name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, and branch name with our team.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only before the order is shipped.
  • Once dispatched, a deduction of ₹150 will be made from the order value for return shipping.
  • Sale and discounted products are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Do not accept a parcel that appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery. Write "Received Damaged" on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
  • Do not discard your packaging until your order is confirmed safe — it helps us investigate missing or damaged items.
  • No refund will be processed if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
  • No refund will be processed after 3 failed delivery attempts or if the package is refused by the recipient.
  • The company holds the right to make the final decision in all return, exchange, and refund cases.
